It's important that you inspect your order as soon as possible after it has been delivered.

If you wish to return or exchange your watch, simply send us a message via our Contact Us page, or contact us at and we will get back to you within 24 hours! 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days without processing fees. A shipping label will be sent via email.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (personalized items with engravings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase when emailing us.

There are certain situations where only partial/no credit will be returned: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* If the item is damaged due to wear, and is returned, we will inspect to determine if the return is acceptable. If not, we will send the item back to customer *Situational basis based per customer*

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your returned item meets or returned item criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
